Abdallah Fika

Abdallah Fika is a seasoned business development professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. A graduate of the University of Maiduguri, he has a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across Northern Nigeria.

Prior to joining VG Pensions, Abdallah built a distinguished career at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, where he held roles in Information Technology Support Services before transitioning into Business Development. In these capacities, he made significant contributions to operational efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

As Head, Business Development, North, Abdallah leads regional growth initiatives, leveraging his expertise in customer experience, relationship management, operational excellence, and business strategy to deliver sustainable and measurable results. Renowned for his leadership and strategic insight, he consistently identifies opportunities and transforms them into long-term business value.

Abdallah is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFCN).
