Biodun is an experienced HR Professional with strong compliance, talent and change management capabilities. He has led high performing teams in fast-paced environment, offering expertise in developing and executing Human Resources strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and organizational development.
His work experience spans multiple industries, including banking, telecommunications, oil and gas, and consulting, where he had successfully piloted several transformative HR projects.
Biodun has served on several committees of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). He is a subject matter expert on talent and performance management, business strategy execution, culture design, and organization transformation, with focus on creating resilient organizational culture that supports business outcomes.
Biodun holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and is an Associate Member of the CIPM. He is married and has three children.
