Olayinka Odesilo holds an LL.B degree in Law from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, and a National Diploma in Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011 and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Section on Business Law (SBL), and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
He is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 15 years of valuable experience in litigation, commercial, and corporate law.
Prior to joining VG Pensions in 2015, Olayinka worked as an Associate at Dele Fadesere & Co. Legal Practitioners and Frank Eke & Co. Legal Practitioners, both based in Lagos, Nigeria. Before his appointment as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, he served as the Company's Deputy Company Secretary and Legal Officer for over three years.
