Paul Abiodun Otefisan

Paul Abiodun Otefisan is a seasoned Information Technology professional with over 18 years of experience in driving digital transformation and technology innovation in the financial services sector. He began his career in the pensions industry and has developed extensive expertise in enterprise technology solutions, IT governance, systems development, infrastructure management and cybersecurity.

Over the years, he has successfully led the design and implementation of several enterprise-grade solutions, including core administration systems, client mandate portals, business intelligence platforms, and electronic document management systems (EDMS), delivering significant improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery.

Prior to his appointment as Head of Information Technology at Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited, Paul held various leadership roles within the pension industry, serving as Unit Head and second-in-command to the Head of ICT in two leading Pension Fund Administrators. In these roles, he actively contributed to the successful implementation of internationally recognised ISO standards in IT Service Management, Business Continuity Management, and Information Security Management.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and professional certifications in Data Analytics and Quality Control.
