Salome Garba is an accomplished banking professional and corporate leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, including more than a decade in senior management. She has a proven track record in leadership, strategic management, and organizational development.
Beyond her corporate career, Salome is deeply committed to humanitarian service. She is the Founder of Hadgar Humanitarian Development Initiative, an NGO focused on promoting gender equality and the social and economic empowerment of women. She is also an active Rotarian, having served as Club President and Past Assistant Governor, and has contributed to impactful community initiatives in child and maternal health, disease prevention, and water and sanitation.
Salome brings to the Board a wealth of leadership experience, sound corporate governance insight, and a strong passion for sustainable development and community impact.
