Tochukwu Esejindu is a seasoned Corporate Communications and Strategy professional with over 11 years of experience driving business growth, strategic planning, and organisational excellence. He began his professional career at Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited as a Compliance Officer and has since grown through various roles of increasing responsibility, gaining deep institutional knowledge and contributing to the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Over the years, Tochukwu has successfully coordinated multiple cycles of medium-term corporate strategic plans, delivering measurable business growth and strengthening the organisation’s competitive positioning.

His professional experience spans strategy formulation and execution, corporate communications, brand management (including digital marketing), compliance and human resources management. His versatility, performance, and dedication to duty led to his appointment as the substantive Head of the Corporate Development & Strategy Department.

Tochukwu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also possesses an Advanced Diploma in Project, Operations and Strategic Management from the American Institute of Oil and Gas Technology, USA, as well as an Executive Diploma in Strategic Management from the iLearn Africa Institute. He is a Certified Practitioner in Advertising with the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and a Certified Pension Practitioner with the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).
